Metrical is a smart targeting and real-time engagement platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to predict when shoppers are likely to bounce or abandon their purchase. It then engages them by providing them with relevant guidance, substitute products, and, as a last resort, discounts.
Metrical.ai needed to develop a platform that could accurately predict when shoppers were likely to abandon their purchase and intervene in real time to keep them on the site. The platform also needed to be scalable and able to handle the high volume of traffic that Metrical.ai’s customers experience.
We worked with Metrical.ai to develop their AI model and build their platform. We used our expertise in machine learning and distributed systems to create a platform that could meet Metrical.ai’s needs.
